Jennifer Cave offers significant policy expertise in support of VSA’s clients in the national security and information technology sectors. She develops and executes engagement strategies with Federal Agencies and Members of Congress, provides research and analysis of legislation, and aids client business development efforts.
Jennifer blends her previous Legislative and Executive branch experience to help provide clients with a comprehensive view of the Washington landscape. She served as a Military Legislative Aide to former Senator John Warner (R, VA), Special Assistant to the Senate Armed Services Committee, and also as a Special Assistant on the National Security Council in the European Affairs Directorate during the George W. Bush Administration. She has been involved in the consideration of numerous National Defense Authorization Acts as well as the annual Defense Appropriations bills.
Jennifer received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Government from the University of Virginia. She went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Public and International Affairs from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
