Jessica Flewallen is a Legislative Assistant at Van Scoyoc Associates, working mainly with clients in water utilities, water navigation, and flood management. She tracks and reports on legislation, conducts policy research and analysis, and drafts regular reports for clients.
Jessica is a 2023 graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder, where she majored in Environmental Design, with a focus on Urban Planning, and minored in Business. Originally from the Washington, DC, area, Jessica interned in the Virginia State Senate and with the Congressional Management Foundation before joining VSA.
