Margaret “Maggie” McGrane is a Director of Government Relations at Van Scoyoc Associates, focusing primarily on clients in the municipal and water resources practice groups. Maggie provides a wide range of support to clients including analyzing legislation, conducting policy research, drafting communications materials, and helping develop advocacy strategies.
Prior to joining VSA, Maggie spent nearly three years as Special Assistant to the Chief Legal Officer at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Legal Reform. Before that, Maggie interned with the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee and was a Graduate Fellow with the House Education and Labor Committee.
Originally from Rochester, NY, Maggie received her bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and her master’s in public policy from Duke University’s Sanford School of Public Policy.
