Michelle Le joined Van Scoyoc Associates as a Manager of Government Relations after a dynamic career journey that includes significant contributions in public affairs, political communications, and international education. Michelle brings her passion for advocacy and strategic insight to VSA's team of talented policy experts.
Michelle’s role at VSA involves managing the legislative and federal relations needs for a diverse portfolio of clients, particularly in higher education and economic development. She works closely with clients to provide them with timely updates on Congressional developments and in-depth policy research that ensures VSA clients are always well-informed and strategically positioned.
Before joining VSA, Michelle served as a U.S. Fulbright Vietnam Fellow, where she taught university-level curriculum that led to substantial improvements in students’ English proficiency levels.
Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in French, Michelle is continually expanding her linguistic capabilities with beginner Korean courses. Michelle lives in Washington, D.C., where she enjoys playing chess, practicing yoga, and trying her hand at brewing kombucha without causing any explosions.
